Here’s to good health: How CHG’s on-site benefits build a healthier workplace

Marathon Health is helping CHG Healthcare conveniently drive health change throughout their organization. Explore more about their great company culture and our healthcare solution in CHG's recent blog story about benefits that build a healthier workplace.

Here's an excerpt:

"At CHG, we value our employees as whole people who have families, obligations, and busy lives outside of the workplace. Their time is valuable — and all too often a scarce resource. Between the daily commute, list of errands, and other day-to-day running around, it’s easy to use up what little time we have at the end of the day, leaving no time for ourselves. By respecting our people’s needs both in and out of the 9-to-5, they’re able to be their best every day. That’s why CHG offers on-site benefits to provide more flexibility and save our people time, energy, and the stress of trying to fit everything into their schedules."

In today’s fast-paced, on-demand culture – convenience has become key to just about everything. However, the time saved through resources like ride-sharing apps and meal delivery services often causes consumers to overlook the quality of the product they are receiving. Sure, you were able to forego a trip to the grocery store after work by ordering takeout, but tomorrow, the refrigerator will still be empty, and you’ll be back to square one.
